Icy Wyatt was taken into custody for what reason(s)?

According to documents filed with the court, the TikToker was driving erratically in Sunrise, Florida, on the evening of Monday, October 15, before stopping in the middle of the road. Wyatt was contacted by two people who were in a different car. They asked him to move his car because it was in the way of the road. After that, the guys drove away.

On the other hand, it was said that the exchange made him angry, so he followed them to a nearby Chick-fil-A parking lot. After getting out of their cars, both sides got into a very heated argument with each other.

Icy Wyatt reached into the glove box of his car for something, but instead of getting an item, he pulled out a revolver and showed it to the other two people involved in the fight. Official reports say that Wyatt hit one of them in the back of the head with his gun as he turned around to get back into the car. The victim’s injuries were so bad that they killed him.

The TikToker left the area as fast as he could after the event, but the police could find him by using the information on his tag. They caught up to him quickly and tried to put him in jail, but the 23-year-old fought against being arrested.

The TikToker went to court the next day, and when the hearing was over, he was freed on bail

When Icy Wyatt talks about what happened that night, she paints a very different picture than what has been written down. He kept saying that the police and news reports were not true.

He said the following to his 930.4k followers on TikTok:

What you guys have heard is not true. There will soon be some different news stories about what really happened. The police broke the law in some ways. And my girlfriend and I are getting along very well.

In the caption he put on TikTok, he told his fans that he and his friend would talk about the topic as soon as it was legal for them to do so. This video quickly became one of his most popular, with 894.7 thousand views in just one day.
