According to the claims, Heather suffered two cuts to the head and bruises on her neck. Her fingernails were pulled off, and she had bruises, cuts, and bruises consistent with a strangling attempt. Both force trauma and suffocation were found to be contributing factors in her death. Brandon, the killer, had raped her.
