2020 has been a strange year for all with the global pandemic caused by Covid-19 affecting virtually the whole planet and especially the Premier League with the lack of fans and 3 months halt it put on the league. Since then, the Premier League big hitters in Liverpool and Manchester City haven’t been fully on song and thus created a narrative that an outsider might win the Premier League this season; below we investigate further.

Before we wait for the next round of Premier Leagues coming round this weekend, many industry experts have noticed a trend of football punters migrating onto online casinos sites such as here as they are a 24/7 online service that don’t require the use of live sport to be able to have a gamble on. These particular casinos have some of the highest quality casinos and widest variety too alongside their promotional deals and sign up offers, it’s something certainly worth checking out.
Tottenham are actually leading the way in terms of outsiders and are currently best priced at 5/1. Spurs are being led by manager Jose Mourinho who has won the Premier League three times before with rivals Chelsea and certainly knows what it takes to win the league. Heung Min-Son and talisman Harry Kane has created an unbelievable partnership upfront and have been firing them in left right and centre this year and if they can keep both fit, they certainly will be in with a chance. We can’t forget about returning hero Gareth Bale too who is starting to get back to full fitness.
Next favourites for the league title, priced the same as Tottenham at 5/1 is Frank Lampard’s Chelsea. Lampard rode the wave of his first season with Chelsea unable to do transfers due to their transfer ban but was handed a £200 million war chest to spend this summer and wow has he invested well. Their attacking line-up now with Timo Werner, Hakim Ziyech and Kai Havertz is quite possibly one of the best in Europe and they’ve also secured things up at the back with the likes of Thiago Silva, Ben Chilwell and Edouard Mendy; they are seriously a force to be reckoned with.
And finally, the other team that could be in for an outside chance for the Premier League is Leicester City currently priced at 33/1. Leicester will be looking to emulate their 2016 title win when they won the title priced at 5000/1. They have a seriously young and impressive quality with bags of talent and although they aren’t expected to win the Premier League, they certainly are a team to watch out for.
